Not much to write other than I was excited about the food! Eugene sucks because how can they let all 5 of them shut down? The food here was fine, the service was ok but no smiles from anyone. I get it! It's fast food, but come on! You have a job, you chose to work here right? And I agree with another writer that one of the employee's came to the dining area and was loud on her phone. You could hear most of her conversation. I was here on a different night, but I am willing to bet it's probably the same person. My food was great! It was a brain freeze heaven! Kid size chocolate frosty is perfect after the strawberry fields salad! You can't tell it's a fast food salad is all I have to say! I don't go to fast food joints often unless it's In N Out, or something of quality.

I use to love JR bacon cheeseburgers. But the price keeps going up while product goes down. Not only that this Wendys the last 4 times have gotten my order wrong. Its cold meat had holes in it cause it was left on grill way to long. Fries overly salted and cold and limp. What ever you di go here when they are busy cause thats the only time is a little on the good side. They may be open till late at night but stay away. You call with a problem cause your order is wrong again. To say well bring it back and we will replace it for you today. Ya no Im home not going back out at 7pm . What a shame how bad everything is here now

Its a swing and yet again miss. Cold soggy fried jr bacon cheeseburger a sliver of bacon. Dried meat yuk. Rudely talked to. Save your money and stomic don't go there

This place used to be good but in the past 6 months it has gotten terrible. They almost always mess up or forget things in your order. The so called managers are jokes . That place is not managed properly. Ate there last week and an employee came out to dinning room on break and turned up the TV super loud and talked on cell phone loudly . Families were trying to eat and have conversation but the TV was so dang loud. The food lately has been cold and the service is slow !

My son just got back from here and the chili cheese fries leaked in the bag and when he picked up the bag the bottom tore out, needless to say the inside of his car is covered in chili cheese fries. One of the "managers" said he can come back down and he would replace them. Great! I get to drive all the way back down there, give you the chance to screw up again? I don't think so!

It's hard to lose 2 stars in one fell swoop from me, but this place has gotten hideous about shorting orders. Third time in a row they've intentionally or unintentionally messed up to-go orders. And it's ALWAYS in their favor. And... they just say, "Let us know next time you come in and we'll make it right" or "drive all the way back in and we'll give it to you". Say what??? Okay, in today's fast food order, they skipped the salad dressings, 2 mac & cheeses for the kids and two nuggets. That's not ONE mistake it's SIX in one order. Add to that, the "large" order waited on was delivered in a less than kind fashion "Are you the people with the HUGE order?" Okay... here's the deal: Arby's just went out of business. My guess is Wendy's and the other fast food joints should step up their game or they'll be close behind. Whatever else, IF you choose Wendy's for junkfood, make SURE you double check your order BEFORE you leave. You can bet money you already lost it'll be shorted. Maybe it's the way they handle budget cuts???
